Social Services

These services are available only through our Cincinnati office.

Clovernook Center's Social Services program offers a range of supports to help individuals adjust to recent and long term vision loss.  Social Workers offer psychosocial support to help consumers with managing life challenges whichaccompany vision loss and other issues as they occur.

These services may include:

Low vision support groups are provided in various locations in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.  New support groups may be established as needed in convenient community locations. Click here for Low Vision Support Groups.

Some social work services are paid for in part or in full by third party funding sources.  In cases where outside funding is not available, we will assess your fee for service based on household size and gross income.

Our licensed Social Workers have given 10+ years of service to Clovernook Center.
